I need to buy server at competitive price so that we can run email marketing script through our domain. I just know many of webhosting companies dont allow such activities. I need the names of companies who allow such services.Thanks..sorry for spelling mistake. The question is List of Webhosting companies to allow email marketing through their server? Arie,Thanks, but webhosting companies provide SMTP, POP etc. which we can use to send emails from our domain. But in our knowledge, there are some limitations in email sending through hosting server when we are sending to many emails. I know that we can setup an email server in local PC to run the email marketing. But it would be better if email sender script is hosted under a webhosting company. Since we can access that from anywhere. Plus, Lynux hosting has CRON which we can use to ensure the delivery. Currently, we don't have any situation to setup different things or create our server or hire more people to maintain that.

What email marketing campaign service will handle Outlook contact categories?
Each of my Outlook contacts appears in several categories. I want to be able to issue campaigns by category. I tried Mail Chimp, but when I import my contact list with categories via CSV , Mail Chimp doesn't seem to know how to separate the categories into distinct groups. Instead, next to each person's name, it shows the categories all together. I'd like help either figuring out how to make Mail Chimp work, or finding another service that will be able to take the Outlook contacts list and separate the categories without duplicating the names.

Is there an email marketing solution for Outlook?
I have looked at Genius, which does not work with my Google Apps and I have looked at Politemail, which is no longer supported. All I want to be able to do is track the response behavior of my recipients.

I wish to send out emails, however due to my large list I do not want to run the risk that someone forgot that they inquired and then reports me for SPAM happened to a friend . I run a small business and am a bit of a novice in HTML but I'd like to know if there are any programs procedures I could use to send a monthly outreach mail e.g advertising promotions . Formatting help for a email marketing campaign?
I'm about to throw my computer through my window. Any of you certified nerds that are able to help will be saving me from explaining that to my wife. I am trying to send out some brochures to clients through a bulk emailer. Our brochures are saved as either bitmap or jpeg. If I email the bitmap it doesn't show up at all and if I send the jpeg the text is so blurry that you can't read it. I am able to copy and paste text, but not the graphics so I have to save it as a picture and then insert an image into the body. What am I doing wrong? What format could I save it in and get it to work?If it is pdf how would I get it into the body of the text. I can't copy and paste pdf and it won't insert it as an image. At least I don't know how.
