I am a graphic and multimedia designer and I am trying to find a good and safe site to find freelance work? I already tried contractedwork.com and it looks like you have to pay to use and I have read some complaints about it online. Any help would be appreciated.

How much to charge for graphic design freelance work?
Today I got hired for my first freelance project The guy wants me to create a 1 4 page flyer, a banner, and a poster. He is providing the artwork text, I just come up with the layout. I am going to create a 4 up layout for the flyers, and whatever dimensions he needs for the poster and banner. I know you are not into the smaller scale projects, but what do you think I should charge for this type of work? I think a flat fee would be best but I wanted your opinion before I spoke with him.
