Question: Best graphic design software on android?

I have a graphic design class and we are constantly given images to make small changes to and random projects each week ( e.g. we had to make an image that meant something personal to us using bits and pieces of other art works ( smoke whisps off this, wings off that etc) I used Photoshop and corel draw to do these things. I hate having to wait till I get home to do this all the time. I need to know the best apps on Android for this. ( I'm on a xoom 10.1 running ics)

Photoshop for android is a good choice...i guess it will be a paid app though...
