My internet security says i have web threats from some methylon website every second i get a web threat notice?

I am using AVG internet security business edition .Should i change it to Kaspersky paid version ?
I searched google and there i found that kaspersky is the top rated antivirus for 2012 .I wasnt using any antivirus and was attacked by a hacker my yahoo showed me a notification that it was logged by a unknown ip from algeria so i installed paid version of AVG and did custom scan,full system scan through scan and anti rootkit scan ..i got 8 virus including one spyware .i removed all of them .And i guess my system is clean .To be more sure i googled and got the review of kaspersky better than AVG .So just tell me should i uninstall My AVG and install a Kaspersky 2012 ?.And if possible please tell me the best part of them best part of AVG and best part of kaspersky and their limitations.Please explain me and i don't want any more hackers attack .. don't suggest me anymore antivirus name please Thank you buddies waiting for the help
